Mood and anxiety problems are common. In fact some studies show that 3 million Australians are living with anxiety or depression and one in three women will experience anxiety at some point in their lives. A 24/7 society is demanding more from everyone and leaving little room for self care. Our hormones also play a factor, with anxiety and depression recognised as features of both post natal and menopausal phases of life. Isolation, both geographically and socially, can have a profound
impact upon mental health. At the other end of the scale, the pressure to deliver can lead to performance anxiety in both career and social settings. We offer plans which support both mental and physical health acknowledging their intrinsic link, offering a joined up approach to wellbeing.
