Dr Talat Uppal

Dr Talat Uppal is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who currently works both at the Northern Beaches and Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospitals as a Visiting Medical Officer. She is the Director of Women’s Health Road, and has set up an innovative integrated multidisciplinary ‘Journey’ model with a strong family centred approach to maternity care. She is also a Clinical Senior lecturer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Northern Medical School, University of Sydney.

Ray is the director of Undergraduate Obstetrics & Gynaecology Teaching Port Macquarie Rural Clinical School. He is an examiner of Undergraduate Medical Students at the University of NSW and Examiner of Training Obstetricians & Gynaecologists with the RANZCOG. Ray is also the Director of Port Macquarie Ultrasound and the Director of Australians for Women’s Health (registered charity).

Dr. Judith Gardiner

Judith is an advanced RANZCOG Diplomate and the current Chair of the RANZCOG Diplomates’ Committee and Vice Chair of the Conjoint Committee for the Diploma of Obstetrics & Gynaecology. In these roles she represents Diplomates on the RANZCOG Board, Council and various committees and working groups. Judith is also a co-ordinator for the DRANZCOG OSCE. She has been a GP Obstetrician since 1980 working in regional, rural and remote locations in Victoria, Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Dr Clare Tait

Specialist Dermatologist

Clare is a dermatologist working in private practice at Dermatology Specialist Group in Perth, WA, where she is a founding and current Director. She is the visiting dermatologist to the Kimberley area of Western Australia and has also worked in the dermatology department at Royal Perth Hospital for 20 years.

She publishes regularly in peer review journals and has always been involved in teaching medical students, GPs and specialist dermatology trainees.

Sandra is Clinical psychologist with broad range of clinical work including: anxiety disorders, mood disorders, adjustment disorder, relationship problems, victims of trauma, child management issues, workplace issues, and the psychological sequelae of injury. She has a special area of clinical expertise is Sex Therapy. Published author and commentator on sexual problems as well as articles for the popular press, both in Australia and overseas.

Trenton is a consultant Urologist at Perth Urology Clinic (PUC) with subspecialty interest in female urology.

A recipient of the Keith Kirkland travelling fellowship, he completed a fellowship in Adelaide followed by a further subspecialty fellowship in andrology and female urology in the UK at Leicester General Hospital.

Patrick is a GP specialist with interests in the treatment of metabolic syndrome, diabetes, obesity, and the benefits of nutrition. He works as a practicing GP in Perth, WA, and is the Director of HealthLab Online.

Raised in London, Patrick studied medicine at the University of Nottingham then embarked on world travels after graduation, working across a variety of medical fields including paediatrics, psychiatry, and cardiology.

Professor Ken Nosaka

Professor in Exercise Physiology

Ken is a Professor of Exercise and Sports Science in the School of Medical and Health Sciences at Edith Cowan University (ECU). He worked in Japan for nearly 20 years before relocating to ECU in April 2004 as an Associate Professor and was promoted to Full Professor in December 2009. Prof Nosaka has published more than 300 peer-reviewed journal articles and about 80% of his articles are related to eccentric exercise, which His research has been internationally recognised and he is regarded as a world leader in the area of eccentric exercise research.

Erin Reardon

Erin is a physiotherapist with a special interest in women’s health. She has completed training in pelvic floor physiotherapy through Women’s Health Training Associates and is currently completing her Masters of Continence and Pelvic Health through Curtin University.

Erin has a strong vision towards empowering women to make informed decisions regarding their health and physical wellbeing through education and access to the right health professionals. It was from this vision that she started Empower Physio For Women, a physiotherapy clinic in Port Macquarie that provides transparent access to female specific physiotherapy services and a safe place for women to talk and be heard.

Amanda is an accredited yoga teacher and the Director of Amanda Yoga in Fremantle, WA. She has undergone extensive yoga training with a number of experts in the field including Byron Yoga Centre, Lee Ann Heron, Maria Kirsten, Judith Hanson Lasater, Mary Richards, and more.

Amanda is passionate about providing focused yoga for women aged 40+ including mindful movement, breath awareness, and deep relaxation. She is currently studying Counselling with the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors.
